We wanted to remind you that effective 1/1/2022, our pharmacy coverage is changing to Express Scripts.

Please watch your mail for your new ID Cards that you should begin using 1/1/2022. 

They will be coming from Nova and were mailed out on 12/27/2021.

 If you need to get a prescription before you receive your new cards…

• Download a temporary ID Card from Nova’s Member Portal / App and show it to the pharmacist (Click here for directions to register for Nova’s portal)

OR

• Provide the following information to the pharmacist

  • Express Scripts

  • RxBIN: 003858

  • RxPCN: A4

  • RxGrp: SMWLO71

  • SSN
