Sheet Metal Workers’ Local 71 is self funded for our medical insurance.  We currently utilize the services of Nova Healthcare Administrators to administer our medical and dental claims, and OptumRx to process our prescription claims.

Below you will find the websites for all of our Third Party Administrators.  By logging into these sites you can perform various actions such as reviewing your claims, searching for in-network providers, and ordering prescriptions.  We recommend that you periodically review this information to ensure that all your claims are processed correctly.

You have the right to review our Notice of Privacy Practices.  You may request a hard copy at anytime by contacting the Union Hall.  Your employer(s) are required to provide you with the New Health Insurance Marketplace Coverage Options and Your Health Coverage Notice, which you can view here.
